By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile application, website, or service provided by ReignVillage LLC, including RevvRadar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Important: IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL, ACCESS, OR USE OUR SERVICES.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReignVillage LLC, a Washington State limited liability company. By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

- • Notify you via email or in-app notification
- • Provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes
- • Give you the opportunity to review changes before they take effect
Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our Services and may delete your account.

Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time with or without notice. The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
4. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Minimum Age: 13 Years
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You must also have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or bans is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all accounts.

Subscription Billing Terms
- • All subscriptions processed through Apple App Store (iOS)
- • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- • Your Apple account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase
- • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period
- • Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
- • Prices may vary by region due to currency exchange rates and local taxes
- • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
7. In-App Purchases
RevvRadar offers in-app purchases through Apple's App Store, including subscriptions and virtual items. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
Virtual Items
- • Virtual items have no monetary value outside the app
- • Items are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- • We may modify, remove, or discontinue virtual items at any time
- • You do not own virtual items—you receive a limited license to use them
- • Virtual items are forfeited upon account termination
Important: All purchases and redemptions of virtual items are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
8. Refund Policy
Refund requests for subscriptions and in-app purchases must be made through Apple's App Store, as all transactions are processed by Apple.

9. User Content and License
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create and submit to our Services, including photos, comments, descriptions, and vehicle information ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant ReignVillage LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Services.
What This Means
- • We can display your vehicle photos on maps and in feeds
- • We can use your content in marketing materials (with attribution)
- • Other users can view and interact with your public posts
- • We can moderate, edit, or remove content that violates our policies
- • You still own your original content
Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to post content that:
- • Violates laws or regulations
- • Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks)
- • Contains personal information of others without consent (license plates are blurred automatically)
- • Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
- • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or violence
- • Is sexually explicit or obscene
- • Depicts illegal activities or dangerous behavior
- • Misrepresents vehicle information or creates fake sightings
- • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- • Is spam or commercial solicitation
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, with or without notice.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Account Misuse

- × Ban evasion or circumventing restrictions
- × Automated account creation
System Abuse
- × Hacking or unauthorized access attempts
- × Reverse engineering the app

- × Intentional service disruption
- × Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
Content Manipulation
- × Artificially inflating engagement metrics
- × Coordinated inauthentic behavior
- × Vote manipulation or gaming systems
- × Fake vehicle sightings or locations
- × Misleading or deceptive content
Commercial Misuse
- × Unauthorized commercial activity
- × Spam or unsolicited advertising
- × Scraping data for commercial purposes
- × Competing services using our data
- × Phishing or scam attempts
Consequences of Violations
We enforce these rules through a progressive discipline system:
Warning → Content Removal → Temporary Suspension → Permanent Ban
Severe violations may result in immediate permanent termination without prior warning.
12. AI-Powered Features
Vehicle Identification Technology
RevvRadar uses artificial intelligence and machine learning services to identify vehicles from photos you capture:
- • AI analyzes images to determine make, model, year, trim, and estimated value
- • Processing occurs in real-time through secure third-party AI providers
- • Images are not permanently stored by AI service providers after identification
- • Content safety filters automatically block inappropriate material
- • Accuracy is not guaranteed—always verify important information
AI Accuracy Disclaimer
While our AI is highly sophisticated, it is not perfect. Vehicle identifications may occasionally be incorrect due to:
- • Poor image quality or lighting conditions
- • Custom modifications or rare vehicles
- • Similar-looking models from different years
- • Partial or obstructed views
Do not rely solely on AI identifications for financial, legal, or safety decisions.
Error Handling
Our system rejects images that do not contain identifiable vehicles, are of poor quality, or violate content policies. If the AI successfully identifies a vehicle despite suboptimal conditions (interior views, dim lighting), we accept the capture as valid.
13. Location-Based Services
RevvRadar uses your device's location to provide map-based discovery, event recommendations, and vehicle spotting features. Location services are essential to the app's functionality.
Privacy Protections
- • Residential locations are automatically hidden to protect privacy
- • You control location permissions through iOS settings
- • Location data is only used for app functionality, never sold
- • You can disable location services, though some features will be limited
- • Precise location coordinates are not publicly displayed
Location Usage
We use your location to:
- • Show nearby vehicle sightings and events on the map
- • Attach approximate location data to your captures
- • Recommend relevant car shows and meetups
- • Calculate distances and travel times
- • Prevent abuse and verify authentic sightings

14. Intellectual Property Rights
ReignVillage Ownership
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and other materials (excluding User Content), are owned by ReignVillage LLC and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License to Use Services

You may NOT: copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Services without our express written permission.
DMCA Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, contact our DMCA agent at admin@reignvillage.com with:

16. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REIGNVILLAGE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We specifically do NOT warrant that:
- • The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- • AI vehicle identifications will be accurate or reliable
- • Defects will be corrected
- • The Services are free from viruses or harmful components
- • User Content is accurate, reliable, or appropriate
- • Event information is current or accurate
- • Location data is precise or real-time
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. You may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
17. Limitation of Liability
Limitation of damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REIGNVILLAGE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of:
- • $100 USD, or
- • The total amount you paid to ReignVillage LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReignVillage LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- • Your use or misuse of the Services
- • Your violation of these Terms
- • Your User Content or any content you submit
- • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- • Any harm caused to other users or third parties
- • Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.
19. Termination
Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time:
- • Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- • Confirm deletion request
- • Account and content deleted within 30 days
- • No refunds for remaining subscription time
- • Some data retained for legal compliance
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- • Violation of these Terms
- • Fraudulent or illegal activity
- • Extended inactivity (180+ days)
- • Repeated policy violations
- • Chargebacks or payment disputes
- • At our sole discretion
Effect of Termination
Upon termination: (1) your right to access the Services immediately ceases; (2) we may delete your account and User Content; (3) you remain liable for any outstanding payments; (4) no refunds will be issued; (5) certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
20. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Informal Resolution First
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at hello@reignvillage.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We commit to working with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

- • Arbitrator's decision is final and binding

Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. Claims must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a representative or member of any class.
Exceptions to Arbitration
Either party may bring a lawsuit in court for:
- • Intellectual property claims (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
- • Small claims court matters (within jurisdictional limits)
- • Injunctive or equitable relief
Time Limit for Claims: You must bring any claim within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or the claim is permanently barred.
21. Governing Law and Venue
Applicable Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Exclusive Venue
To the extent arbitration does not apply (see Section 20), you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
22. Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReignVillage LLC regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ReignVillage LLC.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, internet disruptions, or failure of third-party services.
Export Control
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations. You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from receiving U.S. exports or if you are located in a prohibited or embargoed country.
Language
These Terms are drafted in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In the event of conflict, the English version controls.
Third-Party Beneficiaries
There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms. Apple, Google, and their subsidiaries are not parties to these Terms and have no obligations with respect to the Services.
Acknowledgment
BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING REIGNVILLAGE SERVICES, INCLUDING REVVRADAR, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and may not create an account.
